Melissa has 19 years' experience in the housing sector in a variety of operational and strategic roles.

Melissa was appointed Group Livingwell Lead in 2020. She is the strategic lead for the delivery of housing and care services for the Group's over 55 customers.

Prior to this, she worked in the role of Locality Housing Director for Wheatley Homes Glasgow, delivering a high-quality frontline housing service to its customers.
