As Head of Care, Shirlee has responsibility for the operational delivery and strategic development of quality care services within Wheatley Group.

Shirlee has over 18 years’ experience working in the health and social care sector, and has been part of Wheatley Care’s leadership team since 2019.

Shirlee has worked in a variety of settings with both those using services and Health and Social Care Partnerships. She holds several professional qualifications.

Shirlee has considerable experience in influencing and delivering transformational change and driving service improvement. Shirlee is passionate about supporting people to engage in meaningful activity and lead independent, engaged and empowered lives within their own homes and communities.
