About Wheatley Care

Wheatley Care is a sector-leading provider of care and support to people across Scotland.

Formed on April 1, 2020, it is an integral part of Wheatley, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group.

At Wheatley Care, every single person’s individual needs shape and determine the care services provided by dedicated, highly-experienced, expert staff.

The people we work for design their own personalised care packages, enabling them to fulfil their own very personal goals.

Wheatley Care services are provided to a wide range of people, including:

  • older people;
  • young people;
  • people and families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness;
  • people with learning disabilities; addictions, mental health issues or alcohol-related brain damage.

The services provided are flexible and innovative, highly personal and always of the very highest quality. They range from supporting people at home as they grow older or recover from a hospital stay to more intensive support for those with more complex needs.

Wheatley Care works closely with local authorities and health and social care partners across Scotland.

Highly-trained, dedicated staff across all sites, centres and offices have proven track records of working successfully in partnership with colleagues in health, social work and housing, as well as families and carers, to deliver positive outcomes for people who need support.

There is an unrelenting emphasis on working with people as individuals, helping them to lead as fulfilled and independent lives as possible.

As both a service provider and employer, Wheatley Care promotes fairness and inclusion for everyone and is monitored and regulated by the Care Inspectorate.
