About the role

At Renfrewshire SDS, we're proud of our welcoming, supportive and experienced team. We work together to make a real difference in people's lives while creating a positive environment where staff feel valued, respected and supported.

We are recruiting Health and Wellbeing Assistant to work across our four bases in Linwood, Renfrew, Paisley and Johnstone, as well as providing outreach support throughout Renfrewshire.

We support people with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Mental health challenges
  • Learning disabilities
  • Physical health conditions
  • Autism and neurodiversity
  • OCD, hoarding behaviours and other complex support needs

No two days are the same. You'll support people to build confidence, develop life skills, access their communities and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the people we support and includes:

  • Early shifts
  • Late shifts
  • Sleepover shifts
  • Weekend working on a rota basis
