The service is registered with the Care Inspectorate as a Housing Support Service (CS2015337495).
Kingseat Avenue provides an accommodation-based housing support service for up to 19 cases with identified support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and will be managed via a Falkirk Council Occupancy Agreement.
The service is staffed on a 24-hour basis and provides planned support from 8am-10pm.
Individuals supported from this service receive an individualised package of support to meet their assessed needs.
Support is offered on a person-centered basis, allowing individuals to develop the skills they require to gain and maintain their tenancy, as well as engage with their community.
This is achieved by encouraging individuals to engage with, and be involved in, the assessment, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their individual support plan.
The team operates a multi-agency approach, including working relationships with Health, Social Work and Housing as well as other voluntary organisations.
